Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Internal Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine. Strong understanding of general medicine and patient-centered care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare technology. Commitment to continuous professional development. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience in research and clinical trials (preferred). Ability to manage a diverse patient population. Strong organizational and time management skills.
