Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance product knowledge and provide better support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. A 15 years full-time education is required.
