Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in hospital nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing or GNM with valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical practices, hospital protocols, and emergency response.
• Ability to work under pressure and during rotational shifts (day/night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff across departments during assigned shifts.
• Ensure proper staff allocation and duty rosters.
• Monitor patient care standards and take immediate corrective actions when required.
• Act as the point of contact for resolving staff or patient-related issues during the duty hours.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, administrative departments, and other stakeholders for smooth hospital functioning.
• Conduct regular rounds in all nursing stations and critical areas (ICU, ER, OT, wards).
• Maintain records of incidents, patient complaints, and shift activities for reporting to Nursing Superintendent.
• Train and guide junior nurses and ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards.
• Be available on-call for emergencies and escalate issues appropriately

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
