To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the 2-wheeler automobile sector. Proven leadership skills in managing teams across multiple locations are necessary. A strong understanding of automobile dealership operations is vital. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You should be result-oriented, energetic, and driven by targets and customer satisfaction.
