Our client a reputed 60 year old Engineering and Manufacturing company needs - Post : IT Digital Lead Location : Sakinaka Experience : 5+ Years (preferred in IT / Digital Transformation roles) Qualification : Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field Salary : 30 LPA Job Profile Lead digital transformation projects and IT strategy implementation. Explore, evaluate, and onboard digital technologies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute technology rollouts with internal teams and external partners, ensuring adoption and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT solutions. Oversee the development and deployment of digital platforms and applications. Ensure cybersecurity and data integrity in all digital initiatives. Manage IT teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Optimize IT infrastructure for efficiency, reliability, and scalability . Skills : Hands-on experience in implementing DMS (Document Management System) or CRM systems . Experience in App development projects. Strong leadership and project management skills. Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital platforms . Experience with Agile methodologies and IT governance frameworks Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
