Role & responsibilities Fluency in operating 5 axis machines with simultaneous axes functioning. Experience in DMU machine with Heidenhain control is preferable. Capable enough to understand and follow the process sheet loading the part/ tools, offset entry, run the machine and inspection before taking out the part During NPD, familiar to run in single block, minor changes (if reqd) as per process engineer suggestion, using right tools, put all effort to take out the first part right. Should have good knowledge in cutter / insert application, parameter selection , broad idea on tool life, Maintaining fixtures, tools, measuring instruments in respective locations in good condition. Maintain production log book, communication book and self inspection report updated any point of time. To carry out daily / weekly checks as per maintenance check list, To have ownership in maintaining house keeping , machine cleaning regularly Preferred candidate profile ITI - Any trade Diploma - Mechanical
