Role: Exchange/O365 Administrator Location: Noida (Hybrid) The role Administer and manage Exchange Online services including mail flow, mailbox policies, hybrid configurations, and compliance features. Perform mailbox provisioning, distribution group management, and user support across Exchange Online. Monitor service health, performance, and availability using Microsoft Admin Center and PowerShell. Maintain and optimize mail routing, transport rules, connectors, and spam filtering (EOP & Microsoft Defender for Office 365). Implement and enforce security measures such as DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and encryption protocols. Support and maintain Exchange Hybrid configurations with on-premises Exchange (if applicable). What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6–10 years of experience managing Exchange Online or Exchange Hybrid environments. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online Admin Center. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for mailbox administration, reporting, and automation.
