Align hybrid AD and Azure AD with cloud security frameworks and Zero Trust principles. Manage B2B/B2C identities, OAuth/SAML integrations, and conditional access policies for external partners. 5. Projects & Transformation Lead initiatives such as: Email platform migration or consolidation (e.g., from on-prem to M365), Deployment of IDAM platforms, Secure collaboration tool rollouts, Cloud-first identity transformations. Define project scope, success metrics, resource plans, and stakeholder engagement strategy. 6. About the Role Navi is looking for an Associate Manager II – Cyber Security to pilot key aspects of its group-wide information security and regulatory compliance program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our organization’s information assets. This role involves interpreting and implementing information security and technology risks mandates from regulators such as RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and NPCI, ensuring continuous tech compliance across all business units. This includes active engagement in security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in defining, implementing, and maintaining Navi’s information security posture, while ensuring continuous technology compliance across all business units. You will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, legal, and IT teams to establish and maintain robust security operations policies, frameworks, and controls. What We Expect From You Technical Skillset: Implement the overall security strategy for the organization. Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable security controls. Security Operations: Perform daily security operations including monitoring, incident response, and threat management. Coordinate investigation and resolution of security breaches and vulnerabilities. Experienced on SIEM, XDR, ASM, DMARC, IAM , cloud security, email security, CASB, DLP is mandatory Experience and knowledge of managing security operations centers (SOC). Knowledge of patch management processes and remediation strategies. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Policy and Compliance: Implement, review, and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI, IRDAI and SEBI). Coordinate and lead internal and external audits related to IT security. Training and Awareness: Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Technology and Innovation: Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends. Evaluate and implement new security technologies and solutions to enhance the organization’s security posture. Must Haves : Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience: 4+ years of experience in cyber security in implementation and operations.. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute mailbox and distribution list (DL) migrations from Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online. Perform pre-migration assessments, readiness checks, and post-migration validation. Design and implement secure and scalable SMTP relay solutions in Exchange Online. Transition mail routing from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure with minimal disruption. Configure and manage connectors, transport rules, accepted domains, and hybrid mailflow settings. Troubleshoot mail delivery issues across hybrid environments and ensure message traceability. Integrate Mimecast with Exchange Online for continuity, archiving, and security. Migrate journaling, retention, and compliance policies from on-premises to Mimecast and Microsoft 365. Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, and group management. Monitor mailflow, service health, and performance using Microsoft 365 admin center and message trace tools. Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to enhance email security and prevent spoofing. Collaborate with security teams to align mailflow configurations with organizational policies. Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Maintain detailed documentation including migration plans, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Provide Tier 2/3 support for messaging-related incidents and service requests. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for IT support and end-users. Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft support for escalations and advanced troubleshooting. Participate in change management and risk assessments for messaging infrastructure changes. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal governance policies. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online). Hands-on experience with mailbox and DL migrations. Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Experience with Mimecast administration and integration. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-203, MS-102). Experience with migration tools (e.g., Quest, BitTitan). Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
