Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analysis related discipline Strong business acumen as well as proven experience working on business-driven initiatives Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and on Agile projects with excellent business process mapping skills, process analysis, and process reengineering skills are essential Excellent experience in eliciting and developing business requirements.
