Job Description:

We are looking for experienced DM Plant Operators to operate and maintain DM plants and associated

equipment in a power plant. The candidate will ensure the production of high-quality DM water and the

smooth operation of related systems, including SAC/SBA/RO-based DM plants, cooling towers, and air

compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate DM plants up to 10–20 M3/hr capacity and associated equipment (HRSCC, MGF, ACF, RO,

SAC, SBA, MB, etc.).

 Operate and maintain cooling towers and air compressors.

 Conduct filter backwash, regeneration, and CIP of membranes to maintain DM water quality.

 Log hourly readings and maintain all parameters as per SOPs and manuals.

 Monitor and maintain stocks of raw water and chemicals in storage tanks.

 Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 4–6 years of experience operating DM plants and related equipment.

 Knowledge of SAC/SBA/RO systems, membrane cleaning, and water quality maintenance.

 Ability to read and follow English SOPs, manuals, and instructions.

 Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to monitor chemical and raw water stocks efficiently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
