DLP Administrator

As a DLP & Endpoint Security Specialist at our company based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing and operating Forcepoint DLP Console and Data Security System Administration. With a minimum qualification of Any Graduate and at least 3 years of experience, your expertise in Forcepoint, security design, and architecture will be crucial to our team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the availability and integrity of the DLP infrastructure by performing routine Level 1/Level 2 event reviews, analysis, and system health checks. You will be expected to configure, test, and implement policies on the DLP platform, as well as conduct DLP encryption technology operations such as hardware refresh, software testing, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Furthermore, you will be monitoring Endpoint Security compliance, identifying non-compliant agents, and executing remediation actions. Generating compliance reports and proposing actionable mitigation plans will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of Information Security Concepts, DLP functional architecture, and familiarity with Windows and Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting. Your technical skills should include knowledge of Endpoint & Data Protection technologies and tools, along with practical experience in cybersecurity operations in an enterprise environment. Preferred qualifications for this role include certifications in DLP solutions (e.g., Forcepoint DLP Engineer, SC-400: Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365) and advanced expertise in major DLP solutions like Forcepoint, Symantec, or McAfee.
