· Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet targets and deadlines. · Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). · Work closely with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. · Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, processes, and workflow. · Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. · Monitor key production metrics (OEE, downtime, scrap rate) and prepare performance reports. · Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. · Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and components. · Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies. · Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality standards · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. · 2–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. · Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems. · Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. · Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). · Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. · Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities..
