Dear Candidate, We are hiring a Business Systems Engineer to design and manage the integration and optimization of business-critical systems such as ERP, CRM, and HR platforms to support operational efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and configure system workflows accordingly. Integrate systems using APIs and middleware. Automate data exchanges and reporting pipelines between business tools. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user issues. Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor teams to improve platform capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday). Proficiency in system integration and scripting (Python, SQL, JavaScript). Strong understanding of business process workflows. Knowledge of REST APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi). Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
