Django TL

You have 8-10 years of total experience with 4-5 years of relevant experience. As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using Django, leading software development teams in Agile Development. Your role involves exploring existing legacy application design and functionality, designing web applications in Django, SQL, and ReactJS to replace the existing legacy application, unit testing, fixing defects, participating in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders in user story sizing and sprint planning, conducting code reviews and peer reviews, developing and deploying modernized web applications on Azure, managing and leading the development team to ensure timely delivery with high quality, client stakeholder management, status reporting, governance, supporting testing, and post-production support for the application. Mandatory skills required for this role include Django, Python, Azure, Agile Software Development, and Team Management. Desired skills include ReactJS and customer-facing experience.
