Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product quality. They will also be responsible for addressing and resolving quality-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in quality control, quality assurance processes, and compliance with industry standards Proficiency in conducting inspections and implementing quality control measures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in the manufacturing or heavy fabrication industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
