About the Role We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our insurance sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, explain insurance products, generate leads, and close sales over phone calls. Explain insurance products (Life/Health/Motor/General) clearly and confidently. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively. Maintain call logs, update CRM/lead management systems, and track conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company processes. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and negotiate. Basic understanding of insurance products (training will be provided). Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
