Divisional VP – MIS & Data Reporting (India, Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior data leader to drive MIS, reporting, and analytical initiatives across regional operations. This role requires strong reporting expertise, deep financial understanding, and the ability to turn complex datasets into clear business insights for global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and performance tracking across business units.
• Build and automate reporting frameworks using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Validate data quality, ensure accuracy of business KPIs, and improve data governance processes.
• Translate reporting outputs into strategic insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, contract terms, and vendor/client-related financials.
• Partner closely with global stakeholders to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Drive reporting automation and process optimisation across the analytics function.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years in MIS, analytics, BI, data reporting, or FP&A-style roles.
• Advanced skills in dashboards, visualization, automation, and data storytelling.
• Strong grasp of commercial financials, including budgeting and vendor management.
• Proven stakeholder management experience within global or matrix environments.
