Divisional Manager - Agency channel - 10+ years- Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Surat/Broda/Pune/Sangli/Amaravati Location- Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Surat/Broda/Pune/Sangli/Amaravati/Aurangabad We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Divisional Manager to lead our Agency Sales Channel in Life Insurance. A strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build, groom, and nurture a high-performing team is essential. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, a team of BM and FLS to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the annual sales target Market Analysis & Development: Monitor local market trends to identify opportunities and devise strategies to capture new business. Performance Management: Regularly assess team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement measures. Training & Development: Continuously train and nurture FLS and advisors to enhance their skills and ensure excellence in service delivery. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Life Insurance Sales (Agency), with a proven track record. Leadership: At least 5+ years of experience in a managerial role with demonstrable team-building skills. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer preferences in life insurance. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams. Results-Driven: Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
