HR & Admin - Sr. Executive vadodara 4 - 6 years INR 3.5 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate with plant departments to identify manpower requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and support staff. Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joinees. 2. Employee Relations Maintain harmonious industrial relations by addressing grievances and disputes. Promote employee engagement initiatives at the plant. Conduct awareness sessions (POSH, safety, code of conduct, etc.) 3. Time Office & Attendance Management Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave records. Ensure proper functioning of biometric/attendance systems. Process and verify data for payroll. 4. Compliance & Labor Law Adherence Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.). Stay updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary changes. Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and renewals 5. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs. Maintain training records and ensure training effectiveness evaluation. 6. Performance Management Support the appraisal process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews. Assist in setting KRAs, coordinating mid-year and annual appraisals Coordinate with managers for setting KPIs and goals. 7. HR Operations & Reporting Maintain HRIS and employee records. Generate periodic reports for absenteeism, attrition, overtime, etc. Administrative Responsibilities:- 1. Office Management Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, pantry, and security. Ensure hygiene, safety, and upkeep of the facility. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supplies. 2. Travel & Accommodation Coordinate with Admin team for travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors. 3. Event & Meeting Coordination Organize internal meetings, audits, visits, and celebrations. 4. Admin Documentation Maintain agreements, contracts, insurance records, licenses. Ensure timely renewals of AMC, facility services, and compliance certifications. Preferred candidate profile Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking, teamwork, problem solving, analytical, and time management skills. Fluency in both oral and written communication. Self-motivated and adaptable to high-pressure work environments
