As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using Python and PHP. Your role will involve troubleshooting and debugging code to ensure smooth functionality and scalability. You will also be tasked with WordPress management, including monitoring, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites with Divi Themes. Custom layout development, module modification, and plugin development will be necessary to ensure dynamic and responsive user experiences. In addition to application development, you will handle application administration tasks such as regular patching, updates, and maintenance to ensure security and reliability. Cloud-based applications hosted in AWS and Azure infrastructure will also fall under your responsibilities. Your strong troubleshooting skills will be crucial in providing application support for diverse systems and tools. Ensuring that applications, servers, and websites adhere to security standards and best practices, as well as implementing and monitoring patches to safeguard systems from vulnerabilities, will be part of your daily routine. Collaborating with design, marketing, and IT teams, you will align application development projects with company objectives. Clear and concise communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential. Documentation plays a vital role in this role, and you will be responsible for generating comprehensive documentation for code, infrastructure, and processes to support team knowledge sharing and compliance. Furthermore, you will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. Ensuring that APIs are secure, scalable, and well-documented is critical to the success of this position. To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, PHP, and API development is required. Proven experience managing and optimizing WordPress sites, especially with Divi Themes, is essential. Strong experience with Linux server administration, including patching, updates, and performance monitoring, is also necessary. Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be beneficial for this position.,
