We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to take charge of enhancing the user experience and interface design for our digital assets. Your primary goal will be to optimize the online user experience by focusing on usability, functionality, and exceptional visual design. You will be based in Kharar, Mohali and should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry. Your responsibilities will include creating creative template designs, mobile app designs, responsive website designs, and dashboard designs. It is crucial to possess strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio, as well as expertise in developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools is essential. You should also demonstrate excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction, particularly in mobile app designs. Keeping abreast of the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies like Bootstrap and jQuery is a must. Moreover, familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap is required to convert layouts and wireframes into functional HTML pages. Experience with web designing using WordPress tools like Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi Builder, etc. will be beneficial, and the ability to adapt and learn new techniques is highly valued. A graduate degree in Computer Science, along with a sound knowledge of IT terminologies, is necessary for this role. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Web Designer in an IT company, with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, XD, and HTML. Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment are also essential.
