WHAT YOU BRING: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required. Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
