We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Technical Publications team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Publications you'll be responsible for: Translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences Creating post-sales content and enhance documentation with visuals to support UX and engineering teams Collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing teams Leading and mentoring fellow technical writers, while also supporting documentation project scheduling and management Contributing to the creation and maintenance of standards, style guides, and terminology best practices What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical writing Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field (certifications in technical writing or communications are also acceptable) Proven experience in writing REST API documentation Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Open API Specification (Swagger) and JSON Proficiency in using tools like JIRA and/or Confluence What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experienced in Agile development environments with a proven track record of creating online help documentation and knowledge base articles. Background in network and/or cloud security.
