As a professional with over 4 years of experience in video production and photography, you will be responsible for various key tasks at NBM in Madurai. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating branded, commercial, and social media content through videography, photography, sound work, color palette selection, color grading oversight, and team collaboration. In videography, you will be operating DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras to shoot diverse video content such as Reels, YouTube videos, and interviews. Your role will involve planning and executing creative camera movements using gimbals, sliders, handheld, and tripod shots. For photography, you will conduct professional photoshoots for products, models, and lifestyle campaigns. Creatively framing and lighting subjects using studio and natural lighting will be essential in capturing visually appealing images. Sound work forms another crucial aspect of your responsibilities, where you will handle on-location sound setups, mic placement, levels monitoring, and sync support. Effective coordination with editors is necessary to ensure high-quality audio is captured during shoots. Your role will also involve selecting color palettes that align with brand aesthetics, understanding mood boards, references, and adapting camera settings accordingly. Additionally, capturing footage with grading in mind, working closely with the editing team for desired LUTs and grading directions, and supervising camera assistants will be part of your duties. To excel in this position, you must possess expertise in lens choices, framing, lighting, storytelling, and be familiar with LUTs, RAW formats, log shooting, and color science. Basic audio knowledge including boom mic, wireless lavs, field recorders is required, along with a strong grip on exposure, focus pulling, and on-the-spot troubleshooting. Your ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments and understand DIT work such as data backup, card management, and file structuring will be essential. Preferred bonus skills for this role include basic knowledge of editing using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, experience in short-form content and reels shooting, and knowledge of product showcase techniques and macro videography. Effective communication with the creative director, content heads, and post-production team is crucial for successful collaboration and project delivery.,
