DIT Specialist

The role of a Specialist - Investment Support involves creatively managing digital media campaigns for global brands. Your expertise in ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle will be valuable in this position. Working closely with Top Global brands and handling large and reputed accounts present a great opportunity. Your responsibilities will include finalizing consideration sets, assisting Analyst/Sr. Analyst in crafting RFPs, and reviewing all proposals from publishers/vendors. You will lead and oversee Analyst/Sr. Analyst to ensure campaign readiness for launch, excellent execution of campaigns within approved budgets, and staying updated on industry trends for knowledge sharing within the team and agency. Additionally, you will lead the creation of POVs for new opportunities and vendor updates, assist in reconciling billing issues, and serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting operational issues while developing, motivating, and coaching the Analyst/Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role should have 6 to 9 years of experience in digital campaign management and team management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Prisma, and 3rd party ad servers, as well as the ability to multitask, collaborate effectively, work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and exhibit strong leadership skills.,
