Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 2 to 6 Years Industry: Building Materials (Pipes / Sanitary Ware / Faucets / Tiles) Company name: Watertec India Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore Job Description: We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager for our client in the sanitary ware and faucet industry, based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through distributors, dealers, and architects while expanding the market network and ensuring product availability and timely collections. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell sanitary ware and faucets through established and new dealer/distributor channels and to architects. Conduct regular site visits to maintain and expand relationships with architects, dealers, and distributors. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable dealers/distributors to increase market reach and product penetration. Monitor dealer performance and secondary sales activity in the assigned territory. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Ensure timely sales and collections as per company policies. Ensure product availability and visibility at key dealer counters. Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis. Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 26 years in sales, preferably from building materials (Pipe, Sanitary ware) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop new business channels and manage existing ones. In-depth knowledge of Chennai and surrounding regions. Self-motivated with a strong result orientation and ability to work independently. Compensation: As per industry standards + Allowances
