Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Thrissur , Kerala Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and manage dealer/distributor relationships within an assigned region. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of sales experience, preferably in PVC products, building materials, or related industries , with strong skills in channel sales and customer handling. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of PVC sheets, boards, or related building materials through channel partners (dealers/distributors). Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the reporting manager. Regularly visit dealers, distributors, and market sites to ensure business growth. Ensure proper stock availability, timely order processing, and collections. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities. Conduct basic product demos or training for channel partners and retail counters. Assist in local promotional activities and trade events as required. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field); MBA is a plus. 4 to 8 years of experience in channel sales in building materials, PVC, or similar industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage dealer/distributor networks.
