Customer Support & Documentation • Prepare and send offers and Invoices to customers in the prescribed format, coordinating with the sales team and customers for clarifications or follow-up. • Maintain and update customer master data for all industrial customers including contact details, email ids, etc., ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate the generation of new customer codes with the EDP team (IT team) and following up with the sales team to resolve any internal queries. • Provide backend operational support to the OEM sales team by coordinating pricing (quarterly), agreements, and commercial terms. 5. Reporting & MIS • Maintain MIS for customer price revisions, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded and communicated. • Handle additional freight claims for CFAs when required, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution. • Prepare and maintain regular reports on OEM sales, volume achievements, forecast vs actuals, primary & secondary sales data. 6. Compliance & Data Integrity • Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
