The Role We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sector Lead Construction & Building Materials , based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of B2B SaaS sales experience , with a proven track record of selling to large construction companies, infrastructure firms, and building material manufacturers/distributors . You should have strong relationships in this industry and a deep understanding of the sales, distribution, and procurement decision-making processes in construction and building materials. What Youll Do Own and drive revenue growth for the Construction & Building Materials vertical. Build and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to sector-specific needs. Develop and nurture CXO-level relationships across large enterprises and leading distributors. Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business impact and solution value , not just product pitching. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account expansion. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong pre- and post-sales engagement. Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and drive thought leadership. Report sales pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership. You Are Someone Who Has 58 years of B2B SaaS sales experience , ideally selling into construction, building materials, or related manufacturing/distribution industries. Proven success in enterprise sales, with the ability to close complex, high-value deals. Based in Mumbai (or open to relocation). Strong understanding of industry workflows: channel sales, supply chain, procurement, project management, and distributor engagement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to construction or building material companies. Established network of CXOs, sector heads, and decision-makers in construction and building materials. Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field. Show more Show less
