As a Sr. Manager for distribution Enablement in Infineon s IOT Compute and Wireless (ICW) business unit, you will drive the growth and success for our distribution network globally. You will play a key role in business development and enablement, focused on equipping distribution partners with the technical knowledge, tools and support needed to drive adoption of MCUs and wireless connectivity products and solutions to achieve sustainable and scalable revenue growth. In this role, you will be working closely with product line marketing, sales and technical teams to develop strategies, partner capabilities and deliver impactful training programs and initiatives that expand our market reach through distribution channels. You will track, monitor, and report on key metrics for business to ensure activities drive the target KPIs including business growth. Work closely with product line marketing and application marketing teams to develop product positioning and unique value propositions, training materials & programs, and strategies for demand and lead creation Identify, onboard and scale high-potential distribution partners along with regional distribution teams in target markets and verticals Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, distributors, ODM, OEMs Identifying and pursuing opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and joint product development with distributors Gather feedback continuously from distribution partners to improve products, solutions, training effectiveness etc based on market trends.
