*Develop channel partnerships with dealers, distributors and retailers in assigned territory *Coordinate with supply chain, finance teams for smooth operations *Plan and implement marketing and promotion activities *Monitor secondary sales Required Candidate profile Graduate , Min 6-8 yrs in handling the dealer network with a reputed brand in Tile Adhesives, construction chemicals etc

Ownership of the primary sales in the assigned territory Appoint new Dealers & Maintaining relations with the existing partners Achieve volume, revenue & collection targets Required Candidate profile Graduate, 3-5yrs experience in dealer / retail channel/Project sales with a reputed brand in Paints, Putty, Plaster etc.

Local Language Proficiency is a must. Aggressive and a go-getter with direct selling experience. Ability to translate dreams of the customers to the reality of Luxury holidays.
