Job Title: MIS Associate/Sr Associate for General Trade / Modern Trade Business Department: Sales Location: Gurugram Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Associate to support our General Trade and Modern Trade channels. The candidate will be responsible for preparing actionable sales reports, analyzing trade performance, and presenting insights to the leadership team. Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for GT and MT channels. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as primary & secondary sales, fill rate, productivity, and growth. Provide actionable insights to sales and category teams to improve performance and achieve targets. Create dashboards and automate reports to improve efficiency and visibility. Identify sales trends, anomalies, and opportunities using historical and real-time data. Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Support business planning, forecasting, and target setting processes. Present analysis and reports to management in a concise and visually impactful manner. Requirements: Strong knowledge of General Trade and Modern Trade operations . Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Power Query, etc.) are mandatory.
