Job Title: Lead Information Technology (Manager / Senior Manager) Department: Information Technology Reporting to: CIO Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad Job Objective The role is responsible for leading IT digitization initiatives, cyber security, and IT infrastructure management under the guidance of the CIO. The incumbent will act as a solution architect , drive digital transformation , and ensure robust IT systems to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Business Alignment Act as a solution architect with strong knowledge of business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report) in manufacturing and sales-driven organizations. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Design technology-agnostic solutions that align with business needs. Communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders on solution design and business value. Technology & Digital Transformation Stay updated with emerging technologies such as RPA, Blockchain, Analytics, and Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience in CRM, Sales Force Automation, Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Business Analytics, Android, SAS products, and digital marketing solutions. Project & Vendor Management Apply project management principles including planning, scheduling, organizing, monitoring, and governance. Manage vendors and internal teams effectively to ensure quality and timely delivery. Resolve issues amicably and balance business team expectations with partner capabilities. Cyber Security & Infrastructure Develop and implement robust security strategies and protocols to safeguard against threats, data theft, and risks. Design, manage, monitor, and support IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, and telecommunications. People Development & Change Management Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new technologies. Train and support end users on digital solutions. Foster a collaborative, result-oriented, and high-performing IT team. Education, Training & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or MCA (Master of Computer Applications). 12 - 15 years of proven IT experience with demonstrated success in digital transformation initiatives . Strong exposure to manufacturing and distribution industry processes .
