Job Summary

We are seeking a Distinguished Domain Specialist with 20 to 24 years of experience in Dashboarding Data Science Predictive Analytics Machine Learning and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in Provider and Payer sectors. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the development of predictive models to forecast trends and improve business outcomes.
  • Provide expertise in machine learning techniques to optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI into existing systems.
  • Drive the creation of interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data-driven strategies align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Provider and Payer domains.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data science methodologies and best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data literacy across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by leveraging data to create positive societal impact.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in dashboarding tools and techniques.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of data science principles and applications.
  • Possess strong skills in predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Have experience with generative AI technologies and their implementation.
  • Show expertise in the Provider and Payer sectors.
