Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Optical Bonding (LCD / TFT Display) Experience: 7 to 10 Years Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Salary: Up to 20,00,000 per annum Job Description We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Optical Bonding with strong expertise in display technologies and product manufacturing. The role requires hands-on knowledge in display assembly processes, machine design, and electronic product development. Responsibilities: Manage optical bonding and assembly processes for LCD / TFT displays. Oversee electronic product manufacturing and ensure process quality. Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and machines for bonding applications. Work with pneumatics and hydraulics systems for automation and assembly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and process improvements. Utilize CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for machine and fixture designs. Drive efficiency, innovation, and quality in manufacturing operations. Required Skills & Experience: 710 years of experience in electronic product manufacturing. Hands-on expertise in LCD / TFT display assembly and mobile assembly processes. Strong background in machine design, jigs, fixture development, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prior experience in industries like LED, Mobile, Infotainment, Laptop, or Display manufacturing.
