Qualifications: Education: Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in PP flute board or plastic sheet extrusion industry preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of PP board machine operation. Understanding of GSM, flute size, material mixing, and extrusion settings. Basic troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills: Attention to detail. Teamwork and communication. Ability to work under shift rotation. Working Conditions: Shifts: Rotational shifts (Day/Night). Environment: Factory floor – exposure to heat and plastic processing fumes. PPE: Safety shoes, gloves, and face mask to be worn at all times. Salary & Benefits: Overtime as per company policy.
