Maintain compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations , and company policies. Support return logistics and customer complaints related to delivery or packaging. Requirements: Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations . Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good understanding of transportation, courier handling, and packaging procedures . Proficiency in using logistics software or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in Retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
