Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator - Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai - Company: MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. Job Overview: MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading elevator manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at our Juinagar, Navi Mumbai unit. This role involves planning and coordinating the dispatch of materials and products while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. It is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in logistics and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: · Verify materials as per customer orders and engineering drawings. · Check the availability of materials and prepare dispatch schedules. · Ensure materials are ready and handed over to the dispatch team on time. · Prepare packing lists and coordinate with the dispatch staff. · Schedule and monitor product deliveries with logistics partners. · Resolve shipping issues and maintain accurate dispatch records. · Implement and improve dispatch and logistics processes for better efficiency. Qualifications: · Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma (any stream) · Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) · Good communication and organizational skills · Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Job Type: Full-time | Fresher-friendly Benefits at MAS Industries Pvt.
