Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick products from inventory based on order slips or digital systems. Pack items securely into boxes or containers, ensuring correct labeling and documentation. Check items for damage or defects and report issues to supervisors. Use scanners, tablets, or other handheld devices to track inventory and process orders. Prepare shipping labels and complete paperwork as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or packing area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed. Meet productivity targets and deadlines set by the warehouse manager or supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required. Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center setting. May involve repetitive tasks and physical activity throughout the shift. Use of equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners.
