Job Title: Lead UI/UX Designer Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for creating user-first, modern, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, client-facing design projects (80%) and drive innovative internal design initiatives (20%). You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full design process—from discovery and ideation to execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Create responsive web and mobile designs focused on usability and visual storytelling. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Define and maintain design systems, ensuring brand consistency . Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver intuitive user journeys. Stay current with UI/UX trends and tools . Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite . Strong grasp of UX principles , responsive design , and digital design systems . Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients. Ability to work independently and lead design discussions. Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
