We are currently seeking a Senior Manager for our EPM Practice with over 15 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities using your network within and outside the firm to drive business development activities. You will work independently on business development and project delivery, both onshore and offshore as required. Your responsibilities will include preparing responses to RFPs, driving client conversations and presentations, and creating business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, and staffing requirements for EPM opportunities. As a Senior Manager, you will lead project delivery, manage stakeholders, and guide teams on project executions within planned timelines. You will also be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints. Additionally, you will coordinate with client organizations to maintain and enhance effective client relationships and work on internal capability building in emerging trends of EPM such as AI/ML, Data science, Narrative Reporting, and Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Serving as an EPM Application Architect to support EY in delivering complex global EPM programs - Leading client engagements through the design of application-based solutions - Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills - Driving solutions independently and working with geographically dispersed teams - Maintaining an integrated business perspective with a focus on technology enablement Qualifications: - Diverse experience across sectors, regions, and clients - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving service delivery excellence - MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications Preferred Skills: - 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in consulting and business development - Functional experience in Digital Finance, Planning, budgeting processes, KPI Identification, financial reporting, AI/ML, and data science - Experience in Finance transformation projects and implementation of enabling technology - Strong Go-to-Market skills with hands-on experience in Pursuit/Opportunity Management Join EY in building a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, and fostering trust in the capital markets.
