Job Title: Disciplinary Task Manager (Executive Productivity Coach) Location: Remote Time - 2 Hours a Day About the Role We are seeking a focused and disciplined professional to work directly with the CEO/Head of Company. The role is to ensure accountability, structure, and consistency in completing daily and long-term tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a guiding mentor/teacher—maintaining discipline, monitoring progress, and keeping the leader aligned with priorities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks of the CEO. Ensure timely completion of assigned work and follow up consistently. Maintain structure and discipline in schedules, priorities, and deadlines. Review progress and provide corrective guidance when tasks deviate. Motivate, remind, and guide the CEO in staying focused and productive. Act as a strict accountability partner without requiring subject expertise. Requirements Strong sense of discipline and authority, with ability to enforce deadlines. Excellent organizational and monitoring skills. Ability to guide and mentor with firmness yet professionalism. No domain-specific knowledge required. Prior experience as a teacher, coach, mentor, or task manager is a plus.
