As a Bank Operations Executive in our NBFC, your role is crucial in managing key functions such as disbursement processes, KYC documentation, and operational support. Key Responsibilities: - **Disbursement Process:** - Oversee and execute loan disbursement processes efficiently and accurately. - Verify loan documents and agreements for completeness and accuracy. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of disbursements. - Monitor disbursement transactions and maintain accurate records. - **KYC Documentation:** - Collect, review, and verify customer KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as per regulatory standards. - Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory norms. - Maintain organized records of customer documentation for audits and internal reviews. - **Operational Support:** - Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as account reconciliation, data entry, and reporting. - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. - **Compliance and Risk Management:** - Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes affecting NBFC operations. - Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines. - Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
