Role & responsibilities Handle Children with Developmental delay Daily Reporting & Documentation Assess child strength, concerns and Progress Case Coordinator by Developing, Implementing, Monitoring and Evaluating early intervention plan for each child, Ensure that appropriate procedures and timeliness are followed. Providing Individual and group intervention for children's who have developmental delays or who are at risk for delays in the areas of Cognitive, adaptive behavior, Social - Emotional Self Care, Fine Motor and Communicational Development.
