As a CFD Engineer / Tech Lead-CFD, your primary responsibility will be to conduct CFD meshing, geometry cleanup, and simulations within the automotive domain. You should possess strong expertise in CFD meshing using tools like ANSA and Hypermesh. Additionally, you must be proficient in setting up cases and conducting simulations based on provided guidelines, demonstrating a solid understanding of CFD fundamentals. Your hands-on experience should extend to conducting CFD simulations using tools such as ANSYS-FLUENT, Altair nanofluidX, and pre-processing tools like ANSA and Hypermesh. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including performing CFD projects, mesh, and geometry modifications. You should have experience in conducting thermal simulations under the vehicle hood, external aerodynamic simulations, water wading, dirt simulations, battery thermal simulations, and HVAC simulations within the automotive domain, particularly focusing on demist/defrost scenarios. Furthermore, expertise in aero noise simulations for HVAC and external aero simulations will be beneficial. Ideally, you should have 2-8 years of experience in CFD, preferably within automotive applications, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the field.,
