Job Description

Define and drive the cloud, DevOps, and SRE vision aligned with 7-Elevens digital transformation goals
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) supporting global-scale applications
Champion CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automation practices to accelerate product delivery and improve developer productivity
Establish and evolve SRE practices to ensure high availability, performance, and observability of critical systems
Partner with InfoSec to embed security and compliance into infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Work closely with product engineering, architecture, and business teams to align infrastructure capabilities with product needs
Scale and mentor a high-performing team of cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and SREs across direct and matrixed structures
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and practices to improve cost efficiency, resilience, and operational excellence
Influence across teams and organizational levels through strong communication and leadership capabilities
Build and scale tech teams in a
Retail GCC

startup/product-led environment

Own accountability for engineering KPIs, talent strategy, and organizational health
