As a Director SQA (Data) at a fast-growing healthcare technology and clinical services provider leveraging AI, ML, and cloud solutions to serve state and federal health agencies, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead the Software Quality Assurance team, ensuring accountability for delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and overall test strategy. - Provide strategic direction across program releases, managing resources, costs, risks, and scope effectively. - Deliver executive dashboards and metrics to monitor and communicate quality performance. - Oversee SQA processes, ensuring traceability of test plans and scripts and adherence to established standards and methodologies. - Drive automation and innovation within the QA program, including leveraging AI-driven testing tools. - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to validate model outputs, ensure data quality, and develop testing strategies for AI-enabled features, including bias detection and performance benchmarking. - Ensure AI systems comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies. - Identify and mitigate risks in product releases, ensuring successful delivery with a focus on quality and timeliness. - Lead transformation initiatives and change management efforts, aligning QA strategy with organizational objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 18+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with recent 5+ years in next-generation technology, including Gen AI. - Experience with AI/ML systems, data-centric testing, and compliance frameworks. - Deep expertise in SQA methodologies, automation frameworks, and cloud-based testing. - Strong understanding of AI compliance standards, data pipelines, and model validation. - Strategic and innovative leader with a proven ability to drive quality, mentor teams, and influence at scale. - Agile, results-driven, accountable, and focused on long-term impact and talent development.
