Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the global Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality, timely, and stable product releases.

Oversee all testing efforts, maintaining release checklists and transparency in testing progress.

Manage and enhance automated testing pipelines running multiple times weekly.

Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks and testing infrastructure.

Analyze production defects and strengthen test automation to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1012 years of experience testing SaaS products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Minimum 4 years in a leadership or managerial QA role.

Strong background in testing service-oriented architectures and API-based systems.

2+ years hands-on experience testing applications on AWS technologies.

Cypress, Playwright, Katalon, and pytest.

Python

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional teams effectively.

B2B/B2C SaaS

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
