A strong understanding of intellectual property and technology contracts is essential, along with experience in commercializing technology, especially in the Artificial Intelligence space. You will provide legal, commercial, and IP guidance to product developers, negotiate technology agreements, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus. Additionally, you will deliver challenging information diplomatically and function both as an individual contributor and as part of a small team within a large enterprise.,
