Director of IC Design

As an experienced IC Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing a cross-functional team in Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and growing a cross-functional IC design team encompassing analog, digital, verification, and layout disciplines in Bangalore. - Driving execution excellence throughout all development stages such as concept, design, verification, tape-out, validation, and production. This involves ensuring alignment with company strategy and meeting time-to-market and quality goals. - Providing technical leadership and hands-on guidance at both architectural and transistor levels to assist the team in implementing optimized, robust analog and power circuit designs. - Mentoring engineers and advocating for the use of rigorous design methodologies, solid design reviews, and disciplined verification practices. - Collaborating closely with product definition, applications, and marketing teams to contribute to defining new products. You will represent the design team in customer interactions, offer technical insights, and assist in refining existing roadmaps based on customer and market needs. - Working in close partnership with other power design teams across the organization to ensure architectural alignment, IP reuse, and best-practice sharing. - Fostering a culture of ownership, technical rigor, innovation, and collaboration within the team.,
